Family Assistance Center Personnel (FAC) – G2 Global Solutions supports a variety of programs that provide assistance for deployed service members and their families. Working closely with the State Family Program Directors, our FAC specialists serve as liaisons between the chain of command and members of our military families. Services provided are designed to help families prepare for and cope with all aspects of mobilization.


Alabama Army National Guard Medical Records Case Management Program – G2 Global Solutions’ case managers and administrative personnel are responsible for the critical function of medical case management and administrative support for the Alabama Army National Guard. Tasks include preparing medical SITREP reports, tracking soldier HIPPA correspondence, and reviewing MEDPROS data to ensure it meets Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) requirements.


Army National Guard (ARNG) Military Funeral Honors Program (MFH) – This program provides professional military funeral honors, in accordance with service tradition, to all eligible veterans when requested by an authorized family member. G2 Global Solutions’ devoted team works diligently to develop a comprehensive network with communities, ARNG and state leadership in order to ensure a fast response to the needs of deceased veterans’ families. As part of this process, our Survivor Services Coordinators work as advocates for eligible family members and survivors.
